Service trolley for the handling of small SF6 gas quantities (for liquid storage)
The compact device of the MICRO series has been specially designed for very small SF6 gas quantities and is perfectly suited for applications such as SF6 gas handling on medical devices, electron microscopes or in research centres.
Despite its small design the compact device includes all functions required for professional and emission-free SF6 gas handling: recovery down to 2 mbar, purification and drying during recovery and filling in comibination with a filter unit, liquid storage in an external pressure vessel, evacuation of air down to 2 mbar as well as filling of the gas compartment to the desired final filling pressure. Integrated into a trolley, it can be transported in a safe and comfortable way.
Modern control technology in conjunction with a user-friendly interface in several languages make device operation simple and convenient. This series offers fully automated operation via a 3.5" touch screen with protective cover shielding from sunlight and dust. Thanks to the automated special functions the device can be easily maintained without emissions.
